Word Soup Hi-Scores


Word Up / Word Soup has been a mainstay of multiplay of SWP machines for several years now. In the beginning I thought it was only possible to play the game as part of a team and that a score of 750 was respectable. Over the years I found it progressively easier to clear the grid and achieved scores of 1,500 plus. Around 2007 I broke the 1,800 barrier and my Personal Best of 1817 lasted until 2010. The following is a progressive hi-score table listing each time I beat my PB. Joint efforts are in italics and are recorded separately if they exceed my individual record.
